Asia Cup 2023 India vs Pakistan: The match will be played between India and Pakistan on Sunday. There may be a change in the playing eleven of Team India for this match to be played in Colombo. Fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah may return to the playing eleven. Bumrah had returned to India from Sri Lanka for personal reasons. Because of this he did not play in the match against Nepal. Actually, Bumrah’s wife Sanjana Ganesan has recently given birth to a child. For this reason Bumrah returned to India. He could not play in the India-Nepal match. Bumrah is an important bowler of Team India. He played in the first match of India-Pakistan in Asia Cup 2023. But that match could not be completed due to rain. With the return of Bumrah, there may be more changes in the playing eleven of Team India.
Team India can include Axar Patel in the playing eleven. Akshar is also able to bat along with bowling well. If Akshar gets a place in the playing eleven then Shardul Thakur can be rested. Bumrah and Mohammad Siraj can be important parts of India’s bowling attack against Pakistan. Hardik Pandya also bowls fast. He is an all rounder. Therefore, there can be three fast bowlers and two spin bowlers in India’s playing eleven. India’s first spinner will be Kuldeep Yadav. The other spinner can be Akshar Patel.
Let us tell you that a reserve day has been kept for the match between India and Pakistan. If the match is canceled due to rain, it will be played on the reserve day. Interestingly, no reserve day has been kept for any match in the Super Four.
